How To Travel Forever On 20 Dollars a Day Or Less!

What are the biggest expense concerns when traveling? Where will you sleep? What will you eat? How will you get from point A to point B? This article will explain how to do all these things, while making money, resulting in incredibly cheap travel.

You may ask "How can I possibly MAKE money while traveling?", well it's quite simple. First ask yourself, what do you enjoy doing most? Perhaps you have a craft such as making friendship bracelets out of string or birdhouses out of Popsicle sticks. Maybe you love working outdoors with plant life, or you're a natural when it comes to caring for animals. Do you have a talent you enjoy such as playing an instrument or singing, or entertaining crowds with a juggling or balancing act? Everyone has their niche and anything can be fun and entertaining! So, find what you're best at, and use that to service others. There are plenty of places willing to trade your skill for a place to sleep and a meal to eat, or even cash! These places include hostiles, national parks, and community homes with an open door policy for travelers.

The most financially efficient way to feed yourself on the road is to buy groceries that will not spoil, and have a cooler to keep your food fresh. You can even cook full meals without fuel, fire, or electricity! With a little research you can get tips on all the best produce stands and farms where you can find the freshest, even organic, food supplies. As well as more tips on cheap travel, and how to make money on the road.

If you are traveling by car, maintenance is very important. When you stop to fill your tank, treat your car with fuel injection cleaner for optimum gas mileage. Check you tire pressure often, especially in the hot summer months. Also, check your oil and transmission fluid whenever you stop for gas. These are preventative measures to insure your vehicle is running properly.

If you are traveling by means other than your vehicle, oh what fun are you in for! Check the internet for ride share options. These are very cheap, and sometimes free! Train and bus tickets are also very reasonably priced, and the ride is always a memorable experience. While on the road you can use your laptop to access free internet at coffee shops, or visit a local library, to do research to get to your next destination.  All in all, traveling cheaply this way can have its rewards.
